Emotional Education at School

[ Everyone knows what an emotion is until you ask them to define it ] Fehr and Russell

The impact of emotions on daily life affects specific individual skills such as communication, the predisposition to attack or defend, well-being and the ability to feel satisfaction; consequently we can say that emotions shape our behavior and to feel like we have a general state of balance inside and outside of us it is necessary to know them and give them a space in our lives. Too often the combination of emotion and weakness, especially as children, makes us believe that expressing our emotions means being weak. In reality, the lack of expression of emotions is among the main causes of misunderstanding and self-distrust.
