In your hat
"In Your Hat" is an innovative team building project inspired by the research of psychologist Edward de Bono, author of the famous book "Six Thinking Hats". This methodology involves participants in wearing different "hats" that represent specific thinking styles: logical, creative, critical, optimistic, emotional and organizational. Through structured activities, team members explore each role, developing a deep understanding of various perspectives and improving communication and collaboration. This approach stimulates creative thinking, resolves conflicts and strengthens group cohesion, making it a powerful tool for business success.
